1. Return and refund conditions
At Esthetic White we want to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it in accordance with the conditions below:
- Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
- Personalized or custom products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
2. Return procedure
Use of the Esthetic White partner store requires successful registration. To gain access, customers must prove that they have a valid license as a medical professional. Registered partners will only receive their individual access data for the store once they have been fully checked and approved by our management team.

- You will receive a return address from us as well as a return form which must be enclosed with the shipment.
- Send the product with the original invoice to the address given.
3. Refunds
After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs, if applicable) within 7 working days.
