- SEPA Direct Debit: Pay directly, in installments or later.
- Advance payment: Bank transfer in advance to our bank account.
2. Terms of shipment

- Shipping costs: The shipping costs are a flat rate of €8.99 per order within Germany. From an order value of €150, shipping is free of charge.
- Shipping time: The delivery time is usually 4-8 working days after receipt of payment.
- Shipping service provider: We ship our products with reliable partners such as Post / DPD / DHL.
3. Refunds
Restitutions & Refunds
- After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs, if applicable) within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
4. Costs for the return shipment
The customer shall bear the costs of the return shipment unless the product is defective or the delivery was faulty.
